I was notified a little bit before they arrived. We walked through the area to be cleaned, they told me how long it would take, and they were polite and professional. The only little issue was I asked for 2 pairs of the shoe coverings so both my husband and I could have one, and they gave me only one pair. However, I made the request to one of the workers and the other one was the person who actually gave me the white shoe covering. I did not verify that there were 2 pairs there.
My service tech, Carlos, did a great job cleaning my carpets. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful when it my home. This is the second time I've used ZeroRez and definitely a satisfied customer.
