We’ve used Zerorez at least 5 times in this house for cleaning carpets, vents and ducts and furniture. I trust them to take care of our house and treat the carpet for our pets. Since the dogs are older now, they are having more accidents. When they get done with the carpets, the only thing they leave behind is dampness since they use water and steam to clean rather than a bunch of shampoo that gets left behind. It just feels cleaner under our feet. Their work has allowed us to maintain the original carpet in our house and saved us money by not having to replace it and get more life out of it. It is just another investment in our house to have them take care of us.

Before the cleaner started, we walked around looking at area to be cleaned. She explained what she could do to pre-treat the carpet where we have dog stains. The upstairs had a clean smell. It did not take long for the carpet to dry. The cleaner was very neat about how she would move and clean. It was a simple process. We thought the pricing was reasonable. We would use Zerorez again.

Our provider was very nice and there were no side issues as she protected corners, etc...... stains on small rugs only came partly out...... otherwise all went well.

Service was easy to schedule and the cost is reasonable. they have discounts now and then.
Tech showed up on time and did the job in a timely manner. Capet and tile came out nice.
When carpet dried it looked and felt great. Took a while to dry even with the warm weather.
