Kody and Cody were both very kind and professional as they entered my home. They properly protected corners and my hardwood flooring which led to the carpeted areas upstairs. They were very knowledgeable and therefore were able to make proper recommendations. They efficiently and effectively completed the requested cleaning. Scott was very professional, he was thorough in his explanations and treated our home with respect, ensuring corners were padded and booties always worn. He went above and beyond climbing on my roof to ensure my dryer vent was clear-and even explaining the alignment of the vent so we could also clear it if we needed to. Our carpets were spotless and I appreciated that there was no strange odor or sticky feel from cleaning solutions that I’ve experienced with past carpet cleaning companies!
