Scott from Zerorez cleaned my carpet and did an outstanding job. He first went over the carpet to take up any lose threads, then sprayed the areas of high traffic, and finally, went over it with his machine that cleans. My carpet looks and feels like new.

There is one thing that I am concerned about: Today, a lot of transactions are handled on the phone (nothing on paper) and I was told that I would receive a copy of the billing statement to my email ad this I have not received. Please send me a copy of the billing statement to my email.
