The men who came to clean our carpet were quite kind and professional. They explained everything they were going to do. After observing the area that needed cleaning, they decreased the price, stating it was two rooms and a hallway instead of three rooms. They were able to get some stains out of the carpet that a previous provider was unable to. We were quite pleased with the results.

The tech was very friendly and professional. He was able to add a few items to the job without me having to set up another appointment. Did a great job and spent extra time on high traffic areas to make them look great.
