Quick and efficient

I like clean carpets, especially since I have white carpet. I love that you don't use any chemicals in the carpet since we have pets, kids, and go bare foot walking on our carpet. I feel good knowing I am not bringing more chemicals into my house.

I was extremely disappointed during the cleaning, the bright yellow mango puke stain didn’t come out. It didn’t lighten, I had already cleaned it so them cleaning it didn’t make it more sanitary. I was so incredibly sad that our new carpet was ruined. The tech told me he was going to put something on the stain that would make it go away in 72 hours. I didn’t think for a second it would work. But it did!!!! I’m so happy I was wrong and that it worked! I’m so happy with my new carpet now!!!

Cleans well

They did an amazing job!!! Our 20 some year old carpet looked like new. The technician was great and I will request him the next time.

Timely, efficient, good communication.
One strong suggestion: put towels or blankets down on hard wood floors to prevent water and product leaking onto the wood. The spots were somewhat wiped up, but still left areas that I had to clean the following day.

The Man that came was very nice and did a great job. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the carpet didn’t dry in 4 to 6 hours like he said it would. In fact the closet was still damp this morning but overall we are very satisfied.
