My rugs are fully cleaned. l've had rugs cleaned on several occasions, and I've never had a complaint or had to return something because it wasn't cleaned well.

Easy to schedule simple and great availability. The man who performed the cleaning was very kind, professional and clean he even wore booties before coming in. My only disappointment was I paid for a 3 room special (with a stairway) but the 4 room doubled the price because the room was larger than the others.
