unfortunately I did not get what I had requested due to a misunderstanding on the quote. CH was very well versed on the product and how to clean areas. He explained the quote difference and said he would do as I requested which was walls and floors in our shower. He explained the cost difference in bathrooms so I told him to just do the floor and not the total scrub. I appreciated his attention to business, however I could not feel good about getting the additional $400 free. The job overall was exceptional except there are a few small areas in the kitchen that the grout still shows dirt. I will recommend to my friends your services and I will use you again when the time comes. Thank you RJE

I was very happy with the service provided.

Had a great experience when I called to setup an appointment to get our air ducts cleaned. The gentleman was very nice and professional.
Nathan arrived introduced himself, showed him where the heating system was and walked him through the house to show where all the vents were. He explained what he was going to do and how it all worked. He explained that I needed to let the system run normally for about two weeks and then change the air filter. Pretty interesting how the process works to clean the duct system. Liked how Nathan answered all my questions and explained everything.

I really like the service and I like the fact that shampoo is not left in my carpets. One thing I don’t care for is that in a room that has a bed a chest covering up at least 70% of the room, you based your pricing on the total area. It seems a little bait and switch to be honest.
