I get the carpet on my stairs cleaned by Zerorez every January. I asked for this appointment (3/27/26) because I'd had a sick cat who was vomiting a lot. There were several small spots of vomit on the stairs that I was able to clean up quickly. However, there was one area, about the size of a salad plate, that I didn't attend to until hours later. Service technician Montel listened carefully to my explanation and discussed with me that the cat's stomach contents were acidic and that the over-the-counter product I used contained bleach. So, that when he treated the areas, they may not return to "like new." I informed him to go ahead and do the work. When it was completely dry it DOES look like new! Montel and all of the previous technicians have always been courteous, respectful, informative and efficient, and with great personalities! I will continue to call on Zerorez!

I was so flustered when Cameron arrived because I had to get all my pets into a bathroom (indoor only cats), but he was calm and helped set me at ease. It does not take long for them to clean my carpet because I always vacuum before they come. Products & service is good. Only takes them 30 minutes to clean 2 bedrooms and living room.
