He went above and beyond climbing on my roof to ensure my dryer vent was clear-and even explaining the alignment of the vent so we could also clear it if we needed to. Our carpets were spotless and I appreciated that there was no strange odor or sticky feel from cleaning solutions that I’ve experienced with past carpet cleaning companies!
