Very professional
The communication was great, the service was great! He even mopped up the floor he didn't clean before he left. He was also honest and didn't try to push anything we didn't need. And he double checked our order and saw that I said our area rug was a natural fiber (which it wasn't) and lowered the price for the correct fiber. We will definitely have Zerorez back next year

We are also pleased that they return for free within a 30 day window if a stain returns. Very satisfied with their service & highly recommend.
