We had Zerorez do both vent duct cleaning and carpet cleaning, and they coordinated scheduling to get both the same day to minimize the hassles of moving furniture around.

Duct crew (Dallin and Carson) were first up and did a great job despite the challenges of some oddball design features in our ducting. Their specialized super high volume vacuum truck sucked out (too) many years accumulation of dirt, dust and crud and left everything clean. I think that has improved the efficiency of our A/C unit too. Excellent job cleaning up when done.

Matt the carpet cleaner took over as soon as the duct crew left. He was careful to use corner guards to protect wall corners from the hoses as he worked thru the house. We had all the carpets done and the difference is amazing. Yeah, they are still fairly well worn 30 year old carpet, but CLEAN old carpet. At the last minute we asked him to add on a small oriental type rug at the front entrance. Being wool instead of synthetic he needed to switch to a different product, which he did cheerfully and efficiently. It was unbelievable how much dirt came out of that thing! It was sort of drab brown when he started but he got out so much dirt and crud that it revealed all sorts of white, red and blue colors.

Yes, Zerorez might cost more than some of the other guys, but they have the RIGHT equipment and experienced crews who really know what they are doing, and care about doing it right, so it is worth any price difference.
