Carpets look and feel clean when done. There is no residue from cleaning products left in the carpet. The carpet is soft not crunchy to walk on. It dries quickly. Services Techs were cordial and professional. Completed the job in a timely manner.

The young man that did the job was very curious. Did a great job. I'd like to have him the next time. He called prior to arriving, always wore foot protectors, and made sure the throw fug was cleaned in a proper location (not on the bathroom floor which would result in grout damage) .
