I have used Zerorez many times over the years for carpet cleaning. I'm always pleased with the personnel who do the work and the cleanliness of the cleaning.

I liked the smell of the cleaner, speed of the process, Brandon was professional and thorough.
I’m not sure, but this cleaning might have darkened the carpet. After the carpet had dried 24 hrs, I looked behind a door that wasn’t cleaned in comparison to the area next to it.
Otherwise, pleased.

I like that the products leave no residue and have a very light, if any, smell. The technicians are knowledgeable about the products and listen to customer concerns.

Easy to book, efficient service and generally a couple of 'special offers' that make sense for my house and number of rooms.
