I am a very long time customer of Zerorez. Chris E. Was excellent and gave me an explanation regarding my wool area rug which has not been cleaned in the past. My carpet has survived 20 years and I attribute it to having it annually cleaned by Zerorez. Excellent technician and I will request again. Even the dog finally stopped barking at him. He left the carpets clean, soft and damp. Other carpet cleaners take long time to dry and crunchy
