Great job cleaning our carpets on short notice!

So far, my carpet looks great after having it cleaned three days ago. Time will tell, but I am hoping for a long lasting clean carpet. The technician was friendly and informative. All arround, a great experience.

Easy to schedule, great confirmation, good communication, on time.

I have a3 floor house. I have 1 floor done at a time on different days. This makes cleaning cleaning quick and easy. I like it that the dirty is taken away and not dumped down my toilet. That has happened with other people. Floors look clean and smell clean.

The telephone booking was easy, the price was fair, and the two crew members who did the job for me were outstanding.

Carpets in my house were in pretty bad shape and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The technician, Alex, did a fantastic job on the cleaning, and spot treatments for some really bad areas. Areas. He was knowledgeable and seemed to really care about the results for the client. We were very pleased with the results, and couldn't believe how much it did for the carpets.

We were very happy with the carpet cleaning service by Adam L. at our Cottonwood home.

The technician informed us of what he was going to do and continued explaining as he was doing the cleaning. He moved everything to clean under them and repositioned everything. He wore plastic covers on his shoes while doing the job. He was respectful and courteous. We will be using them again and would recommend them for your carpet cleaning.

Operator discussed what was to be done, what things should "look like new", what areas were affected by wear and would look "somewhat better but NOT like new", etc. We knew what to expect before they started. They delivered exactly what they said they would. Efficient while working, polite, eager to keep customer happy and informed. Additional areas (stairs x 2) were fit in to save return trip and were WELL worth cleaning.. Not our first use of this service and won't be our last.
