I like that I can get a large amount of carpets cleaned in one day, many times what I could get doing it myself with a regular carpet cleaner. I also like that the solution used is effective without leaving any chemical or perfume smell. I have used Zerorez many time in the past and recently and plan to again.

The carpets look very good. The service was completed professionally and in a timely manner. I have never had to vacuum and move the furniture myself before carpet cleaning, and did not appreciate that aspect.

Our service tech Cody Horvath was phenomenal! During the pre clean walk through when he noted stains, he explained what steps he would take to eliminate them. He assured us that if any stains remained, he had tried everything to remove them!
