I've tried to clean myself several times and once hired another company to clean grout and they didn't do nearly the job that Remington did!!
The techs are very professional and courteous.
It was the person who came to do the service that did a great job. Everything else was kind of frustrating. I had called initially to make an appointment and did all my information over the phone but on the day of service I was waiting during my time slot and no one came.
Come to find out, the scheduler at the call center put the wrong phone number down. I rescheduled And on the day of they called me 3 hours earlier than my time slot asking if they could come early (in 30 minutes) I said No, I scheduled 12-3 because I’ll be home by 12. They cancelled my appointment saying I’m unavailable so I called the company call Center and they fixed it day of to make sure someone came at the 12 slot I originally scheduled. The guy who came was great and redeemed the company for me. He was efficient, kind, and clean.
