Overall service is really good and the technician always do a good job. However, my one and only concern is the price charged for area rugs. Area rugs are almost doubled the price of a regular carpeted room. I have area rugs throughout my home. That said, and due to Zerorez high cost to clean area rugs, I will eventually have to look for another company to shampoo my rugs

I have used Zerorez for well over 20 years in 3 different states and am a dedicated customer because their products are completely safe for humans and animals and my carpets always look beautiful afterward. Using no strong harmful chemicals and leaving no residue is extremely important to us.

A young man named Tyler J. was our technician this time and we were so very pleased with him. He was so kind, considerate (we're an elderly handicapped couple), and he is an absolute professional who takes obvious pride in his work. It shows in in the wonderful job he did on our home. Our old, dirty carpets have honestly never looked so good. It was absolutely our pleasure to meet him and we couldn't be happier with the result he achieved for us.
