Great communication from start to finish...emails from scheduling & then phone call from the cleaner. They arrived on time, explained everything, got the work done, & left everything in great condition. We will definitely hire Zerorez again for our future carpet cleaning needs!

I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and watching the young man who service our carpets.
He seemed to enjoy his work and explained every thing he was doing. We even had a couple of small stains on the carpet and he went over them a few times to be sure they were removed.
I will be more then happy to recommend this company and will differently use there services again.

I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone. They were prompt and efficient. We had Brandon clean our carpets. He was very friendly and professional. We had a stain reshow after our carpets were cleaned and they sent Brandon back at no charge. Brandon went over and beyond. It's a very satisfying feeling when a company treats their customers well.
