Had a great experience with them recently for a deep carpet cleaning in Forest Grove, OR. I scheduled the service over the phone, and the technician arrived right on time within the scheduled window. The job was completed in about two hours, and everything was left in great condition.

Charles, the technician, was very professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the service. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience.

My only suggestion would be to consider shortening the appointment window from four hours to two hours. A shorter window would make scheduling a bit more convenient for customers.

We have used your company for several years and have always been satisfied with the service. I would not use any other company. The technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. They get in, go over what services you're requesting, look at all of the rooms you want cleaned (so there are no surprises about the pricing), get right to work, have you inspect everything before they leave, you pay your bill and they're on their way. Great company!!!
