He was efficient , thorough , and added some extra carpet area to do on short notice and did it very willingly . Would highly recommend both Joseph and Zerorez !

They really can customize depending on how much cleaning you need. I will say though, I was told my carpet would be dry in 24 hours tops and it’s now almost 3 days later and it’s still damp in places.
