Easy to schedule and reasonable prices. Staff are very courteous and careful of property. The first cleaning was better than the second. I don't know why but the carpet was lined with streaks throughout cleaning area. Hope they come out on next cleaning.

The technician was on time, professional, friendly and explained all the products used and how they work. My tile floor looks brand new! Only negative was the petrochemical odor from the grout sealant which lasted into the next day. I wouldn't recommend smoking in your house afterward application.

I've been very pleased with Zerorez carpet cleaning services. Recently Shawn cleaned my rugs and did an excellent job. Four months prior, I believe my services were done by John, I believe. I was equally pleased. My home has two cats so can get extra smelly. Zerorez has been able to eliminate the odor almost entirely. I would not hesitate to recommend Zerorez to anyone.
