I was giving Zerorez a final try. A year ago I was not happy.
The wonderful service man, Matt, that came this past Thursday, walked through the areas i needed cleaned and actually listened to the areas I was concerned with. He prespotted the tough areas and worked on a pet urine spot that was bugging me. He worked efficiently and did an awesome job. He knew his job well! He actually put foam blocks under my recliner, as requested. The cleaner last year ignored my requests.

I will request Matt when we do our lower level later this year.

Julio did a fantastic job at cleaning our carpets. He was on time, did a very thorough job, was patient and personable. Julio definitely cared about doing a good job.
