The gentleman that provided service was extremely courteous and prompt. He did a great job and made sure to take care of the other parts of our house while cleaning the carpets (protecting corners etc).

I only use Zerorez for all my floors. Best product for carpet and hard floor surfaces.

Zerorez is a very professionally run business. My tech Josh was friendly, knowledgeable and timely. He even arrived earlier than expected which worked out great and is rare occurrence. I will definitely request him again. As for the cleaning quality it was great. I wasn’t sure some of the ugly stains would even come clean, but they did and I am extremely happy. I utilized a special they were running which made it very reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them next time I need a carpet cleaning and would recommend to anyone needing cleaning services. Thank you.
