The fellow who did our room was friendly and did an excellent job! He removed 6-month old stains of red wine, back tea, AND an entire cup of coffee! We thought we"d have to buy a new rug -- but we don't because now our 20-year old WHITE rug looks nearly new!

Our technician was very professional. He arrived on time and did a great job. However, he left some of his equipment behind. Our carpet looks very clean, especially since it’s 16 years old, My only suggestion is to lower your prices. I feel like your prices are high, but you do a good job.
The carpet actually turned out looking better than I expected. The carpet cleaner (Emily, I believe) was informative, and professional. She made some suggestions, but wasn’t pushy. Bottom line - I will likely hire them again.

The technician arrived onsite at the beginning of the promised time window, so it did not take my whole morning. I had agreed to one room and a stairway, but he included a hallway for no extra charge. And he did an excellent job.
