Leon was very friendly and explained everything well. He worked hard to get carpet stains out. He asked if I wanted different options but didn't pressure me. The appointment for 3 rooms only lasted about 40 minutes.

He worked very hard and cleaned “tough to clean” areas of the carpet like they were his own personal carpets. Very impressive and as a result of his extra efforts the results definitely exceeded my expectations. Very good communicator, made some recommendations that I found very helpful, very transparent and someone I will definitely request when it’s time to clean carpets again.

Zerorez cleaned the carpets in my entire basement plus the stairs. They did an excellent job - the carpet looks amazing. The two technicians that came to my house were punctual, polite, and got busy very quickly. They were in an out of my house if just over an hour. Very impressed with this company. I will definitely recommend. Btw, they didn't charge me anymore than what was initially agreed upon. Thankyou.
