It was easy to schedule the service and I received follow up emails, texts, and calls. I had questions, so it helped to talk with someone before the service. The service tech called before arrival. Tracey was so nice and so helpful. He checked my place out thoroughly and discussed my order making sure I knew the final price before he started. He was very sweet with my dog! The carpet feels clean and looks better. The air feels cleaner too. There is no chemical or odd smell - it smells and feels fresh.

Sal did an amazing job of cleaning my carpet. he went above and beyond to vacuum and clean my carpets that had not been cleaned in years and he made it look new. he was kind, and explained what he would do. ill be using him again and ill be referring him to neighbors and friends.
I honestly didn’t think there was any hope for the look of my carpet, I had many large stains. I was just hoping to know it was clean with a newborn in the house. I was absolutely floored that it looked good as new.
