The gentleman (I believe his name is Steffan) did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. He was friendly, respectful and clearly took pride in his work. He was a pleasure to have in our home!! Tech was amazing.
The only thing I would have liked to see, is shoe covers. We don’t wear shoes in the house, our technician wore shoes without covers. Kinda was weird since I was getting the carpets cleaned. I was not informed of how the service would go, just the products that would be used. After the fact I got a run down of what could happen and did happen to the carpet (such as discoloration due to old pet urine). I would have liked that info before he started, that wouldn’t have changed my mind, I just wanted the info before. Not after.
Can schedule quickly. Our technician Noah is always on time. Your company gets my carpet cleaner than others.
We were able to get scheduled quickly, and the person who did the service did a thorough job and even left a fan on a spot where a stain was removed. The carpet looks great.
The cleaning process was quick and did a very good job cleaning the carpet surface. The process uses a minimum amount of water which stays on the surface a very short time and results in a relatively dry carpet when finished.
