Lloyd contacted me by phone to let me know that he was coming in 18 minutes. He arrived well within that time. He was very polite and cordial. He answered my questions concerning the cleaning process and gave me a more detailed explanation of how even the equipment worked. I appreciated the fact that he would not be using our water spicket and toilet to dispose of the gray water. Zero Rez did a great, refreshing job for our carpeted areas. Fluffed up the fibers and made the tracked down areas better.

ZeroRez cleaned the carpet on our stairs. The cleaning included stain removal, remove dirt lines up against the walls, and added protection product. The crew did a phenomenal job throughout especially the heavily soiled ares. They saved us from having to replace the carpet!

This is the third time that we have had Zerorez to clean our carpets. They always do such an excellent job and the carpet cleaning technician is always professional, knowledgeable and very polite
