They really can customize depending on how much cleaning you need. I will say though, I was told my carpet would be dry in 24 hours tops and it’s now almost 3 days later and it’s still damp in places.

the complete procedure was a very efficient and easy system. I haven't had it done for a couple of years and the new machine the young man was using does a fantastic job with a minimal effort deeded. the young man did a great job of explaining and doing the job needed.

Easy scheduling/on time/tech was efficient polite personable and did a wonderful job..my carpeting is not new but the cleaning really made them all look great..I have used Zerorez before and will continue to do so..I appreciate being informed about specials as I am on fixed income...stellar performance compared to other cleaning companies I have used in the past. Went to dinner with friends Sat night and told them if they need carpet cleaning to call Zerorez..my tech was absolutely great.

The Tech that did my carpet cleaning was very thorough and took his time to make sure all the spots were cleaned. Also was able to arrive on time on the day I requested.
