The cleaning was better than I expected, the tech was great at explaining the process and appreciated that he heard some things I was trying to work on for the house which allowed him to offer other services that would come in handy for our projects.

The techs were super nice, knowledgeable and carpet came out very well, only concern (which could be the going rate in the carpet business, I have not checked but will) was the cost of the job. Besides this (cost), carpet came out really well.

David showed up on time and started work immediately. He was conscience and fast. I especially liked his idea of putting a fan on the carpet afterwards for a faster dry time. I also like that he used a blacklight to identify spots that we did not know were there. I hope you send me a reminder next year so I can get it done again!
