Approach to cleaning without chemicals

The scheduling process was easy. I was able to get the day and time period requested. The technician was on time, evaluated what was to done, explained the process to be used, and proceeded to complete the project as described. The technician answered all of question before,during,and after the project was completed.

Our technician, Tyler, from ZeroRez did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. The hallway was in especially rough shape because it gets the most foot traffic. Tyler explained why it had become so heavily soiled and put in the extra effort to get it looking much better. He also applied a special treatment to help protect the carpet and extend its life. Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure the job was done right. I highly recommend Tyler and ZeroRez for anyone needing carpet cleaning
