What I liked was the Customer Service. My Tech was amazing, he did an assessment of each room before he started. Then he explained the cleaning process before he started cleaning the carpet. When he finished he told me the drying time, what temperature to set the thermoset at to help dry the carpet. Who to call if I had additional questions or concerns. He was good and I felt like he loved his job. My carpet looks good. I will definitely us Zerorez again.

Angelo was our service rep and I was completely amazed at his dedication to complete the job fully and ascetically. We had 24 extra long church pews needing cleaned. Seats and back. They really needed attention and Angelo turned them white again. Every one of them. It took some time but he knocked it out of the park. Zerorez got our appointment assigned quickly and we were very happy with the results. I think our trustees are looking for a few more jobs to put them on with results like we got with Angelo. We highly recommend Zerorez!
Love that the price quoted is the price you pay, no switch and bait. We told our guy that we had an old dog who had accidents on the carpets. He actually used a blacklight and smelled the rug to see if there was an unpleasant smell. He could have suggested we have an extra treatment done prior to the normal cleaning, but was honest and told us it was not needed.
The first man who cleaned did not do a good job. The second man came and dod great job of cleaning up stuff not cleaned the first time.
It is efficient with portable equipment as I live on level 3 of building - worker was very pleasant and polite - went to work immediately as I had moved what furniture that I was able to move. I am pleased with results.
