I've used Zerorez twice for carpet and upholstery cleaning, and carpet deodorizing (pet urine odor). I have been very pleased with the results of the cleaning services and the odor removal. Very easy process for getting a quote, schedule an appointment, and most importantly a punctual and efficient service. Brandon who was our service associate, was very friendly, explained the process, and completed the cleaning very efficiently. He cleaned very well and took care to pre clean and even specifically spotting a few stains and ensured he removed them.
