This is the first time that I have used Zerorez for their tile and grout cleaning and sealing. I was pleasantly surprised with the result. The technician arrived right on time. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what he was going to do then went right to work. It really didn't take that long to complete the job and then made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely use Zerorez again to do both my carpet and tile.

Easy to book, quick service

Jonathan was wonderful! He was very courteous, professional, and did a great job!
An unexpected charge was that I was charged double for a large room that only half of it was carpet that was to be cleaned. The rest of it was either tile or covered with furniture. I have used several other carpet cleaning companies in the past, who have never charged extra for this room, so this was an unexpected surprise. This is no reflection on Jonathan, he was only following company policy.
I did appreciate the corner bumpers that were provided to protect the walls from getting dirty as the hose was moving throughout my home. Since the front door needed to be opened to let the hose inside during the cleaning, it resulted in letting in several bugs & flies onto my home which isn’t much of a problem, but a preventative one. If I would recommend one thing, it would be to provide those drape-like covers that are hung on the door to fill the gap to prevent flies & bugs from entering customers homes.
Again, Jonathan was great! I would highly recommend him to anyone! He did a terrific job and my carpets are clean and smell great!
