They were on time and even called me to ASK if it was ok to show up early. (Absolutely!) My technician was excellent. He evaluated the issues I had with the carpet. (Really bad stain.) He talk to me about the process, and asked me if I was pleased with the results. I was amazed at the difference. I seriously didn't think the carpet would ever be that clean. Knowledgeable about the carpets and the stains I wanted treated - he let me know that there wasn't a guarantee that it would come out because of the type of stain it was, but he worked his magic and my carpet is good as new!
The water pump broke on the van partway through the job so another tech had to come out but they were very thorough in their explanation and very apologetic - it wasn't an inconvenience at all, it only took an extra 15 minutes.
Great company to work with, I'll definitely be using them again!
