Service Representative was outstanding and extremely personable which we appreciated immensely! He explained the process, issues with gas heat and solutions. He was thorough and quick! The carpets dried just as he explained and after vacuuming them, they were refreshed like new!!!

Communicates with their clients well. Periodically reminded me of the scheduled service date and time. Worked with me for the most efficient carpet cleaning. Even though the rooms were on the 2nd floor, he was able to have a long enough hose to use the more powerful cleaner from the van.
Carpet and tile look like new when done. Service tech was on friendly, knowledgeable and prompt.
I like the lack of sticky residue when things are cleaned. I like the fresh scent.

Easy to schedule appointments, even after an emergency resulting in smoke damage requiring immediate cleaning. Justin is a friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, efficient and professional technician. He’s been here multiple times and we’re always pleased with his work and work ethic.

Josh was an incredibly helpful and friendly representative and made the whole process quick, understandable and pleasant. He was honest and upfront and tried to tackle some hard persistent stains in our carpet. The cleaning did not fully take out the stains but did lighten it. Josh charged less than the full amount as a result.
