The carpet gets very clean and stays clean. Clean with water not chemicals. Drys fast. Been using ZeroRez for years. I think the technician, Kris in Bellevue, is the best I’ve ever had clean my carpet. Others have been good but he was exceptional.
Overall it was a good experience. Appreciated that my carpet wasn't "crunchy" after cleaning like it had been with another company. My only concern was a number of spots weren't removed in one section of our living room. My husband was able to treat them with a store-bought cleaner the next day so I don't believe they were too tough to come out. However, Dominic was able to get similar spots out of the carpet on our stairs and hallway. Dominic was kind and didn't pressure me to add things on.
