I need soft water and you deliver it. Simple as that.
Living in such a rural area that is sooooo wet and swampy we trust that Culligan keeps our water safe and clean. The reverse osmosis unit means we don't have to buy bottled water for the fridge dispenser, the kitchen sink and for all the kitchen gadgets like the keurig and kettle. The rest of the house is protected against the dirty hard water that stains the toilet, shower and sinks....plus the laundry doesn't get rusty yuck either.
It's an investment to be sure but it's worth it for the peace of mind from having clean water.

We've just recently had our Water Softener installed, so we're not able to answer that question yet. But as far as your service, we are completely satisfied with the work and professional work from our Tech Patrick.
The only thing is, I wish even though my wife and I are renting the system and we didn't purchase it, I wish we could get a user's Manu.
