The communication from Rock Valley Culligan is great! They notify us in advance to remind us of the day the salt for our soft water softener will be delivered. If we have a conflict with that date, they are good about rescheduling. The employees who deliver that salt are always pleasant and helpful!

Customer service is top notch from the in-house demo to the installation of both the softener and, separately, the RO. Scheduling appointments was seamless and easy. Installation was timely. Installers were courteous, knowledgeable and tidy.

Our deliveries are always on time and our delivery driver is always in contact with us before the date of delivery to make sure we don't need to change the amount of salt we are needing. He is always very kind and easy to reach if we have any questions.
