Of course I wish the rental on my machine was less. But, I like that you calculate what salt I need keep it in running order and you carry the salt to the basement put it in container and check out the mechanics to make sure it is running as it should.

Customer service. My driver is absolutely amazing. I’m 77 and can’t lift heavy items. He rings my doorbell and brings all my water in and puts it away. He also makes sure I don’t need my water cooler changed before he leaves. He goes above and beyond. Thank you for hiring such good people.

When I get an email saying that my water is coming on a certain date I really get it you don't have to keep changing the date on when my water is coming or keep emailing me saying how sorry you is why I'm not getting my water on the date that I suppose to get it, This were happened over and over with this other company.
