The deliveries happen on the days they are supposed to and the people are nice. The customer service representatives on the phone are good as well. We get emails letting us know the delivery date each month and the billing statements as well, which is appreciated.

We are very happy with both our water softener and drinking water systems. Every year, the service technicians come for maintenance, and this year’s team did an outstanding job.
The two technicians were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly. They also cleaned up thoroughly before leaving, which we really appreciated.

What I like about the services are they response in a short period of time. Also they will work with me on the time and date that I need services. Sometime it may take a little longer then usual, but they will try their best to work with me with the issue.
