Normally, all the filters, parts and products have been good. This time I had-2- parts that leaked. One part was Culligan the other was the RO faucet. So a total of -3- trips and $117 faucet and we finally stopped the leaks.

Everything about my water is really good with my water softener & my RO filtered water. It tastes great & I enjoy my showers & my laundry is much better too. Also no more buying water to drink so I save money that way. I must add that the pricing is a good value also.I recommend having this service to anyone who would like a better lifestyle with better water!

The tech Rick was so kind and helpful. He showed me what was wrong and how to check it in the future. (The plumbers had turned off the water due to a sump pump issue). It was such an easy fix and he was very respectful

We have had Sean as our Culligan delivery person for years. I think someone new came for our last delivery so I fear Sean is retiring…hoping not! We feel safe that they deliver if we are not home. We always trust how many bags he says we need. He is the professional. When we go on vacation we often don’t have soft water and as a female I notice a big difference in my hair and skin without it…dry,dry,dry.
