I had a service call and the fella that came was the best. He was so personable. I can’t tell you how impressed I was. My service call was 2/16 in the AM. I am not sure of his name.
Water conditioner and RO get us high quality reliably. Service techs are always friendly and professional. Only issue we ever have is reaching someone on the phone to schedule service. Keep getting the answering service during business hours and if we leave a message no one calls us back. getting some more people to handle the phone would be helpful.
