I've had RO water since the 80s. It's very hard to find someone to service the system. Culligan has ended that issue for me. They notify me when I need an appointment and their people do a great neat and complete job.
I like your Osmosis System and I have had no problems with it. They come out and change my filters annually with no charge.
We have well water and have had iron staining for the 4 years we've been in our house. The softener that came with the house died recently so we switched to a culligan softener and we now have NO iron staining. Its amazing, I just figured thats how well water was in general, I didnt expect it to improve like it has. Very happy..

Our water softener has been great, just needed some maintenance.
The deliveries are on time, the bottles are clean and placed on the porch as requested, and it is convenient. On the other side of the coin, the cost of the water is getting to a point where it's cheaper to just buy bottles at the store. When it gets there I will probably revisit my decision to have water delivered to the house.
Everything is better now that we have Culligan in our home and your service man is also fantastic

The few times I needed to contact customer service, the person was friendly and the small issue was resolved. The quality of water is great, the text message reminder is definitely helpful, and with few exceptions, due to weather or illness on the drivers end, always have my delivery as promised.
