Very friendly service, keeps area clean when working on or installing new water softeners.
The softener works very well on our hard well water. We also have a Culligan filter because of the large amount of minerals in the water. We are notified every 3 months and schedule to have a service person come out to replace the filter. The filter and service are very reasonably priced and there is no charge for the service person's visit, only the filter.

We have had our water system for over a year. Had some issues during the first few months but the service team at Culligan Dixon have been amazing. Out quickly to assess and fix. We had some issues with our button for changing the water and after a year (the warranty) it stopped working. The team didn’t charge us they can out switched to a little faucet like an RO system no charge.

I appreciate the peace we receive from drinking and cooking with purified water. After a water incident last January and a visit to the facility supplying our water, I called Culligan. I couldn't consider using that water company without a Culligan system. Also, the staff and related workers are competent and a pleasure to deal with.
