Whenever I need service, Culligan is out immediately yearly changes of filters for my RO system and every two years for the membrane in the RO system, I have quarterly salt delivered and it's always on time and the guys that deliver. It are always amazing and Cyndi in the office in Crystal Lake has been an absolute standout from years and years and years ago, I am a true Culligan client I love everything about the company.
Staff and office workers are very knowledgeable about thier products. Very friendly as well.
The installation went very well just about a year ago and we are very satisfied with our water quality. The salt delivery works so well as we are not able to deal with the 40 pound bags and a set of steps. The delivery man was very friendly , filled our softener with 4 bags and took the empty bags with him. It just doesn't get any better than that. Thanks for your outstanding service.

Solid, workable and dependable products are always a better choice. RO system and Soft Water systems are must have conveniences, especially places with hard water. Testing water to make sure it stays drinkable and your soft water , plus having salts delivered and installed, whether you are home or not, is also convenient!
