I enjoyed working with Steve Kloch who came to my home and performed a water evaluation. He explained the options Culligan had to fix my water harness and provide the filtering I wanted. He was very responsive to my questions and made the process seemless from selecting the proper unit to scheduling install and even coming back to follow up and confirm the system was installed properly and functioning correctly. Friendly staff both in the office and tecmician who came out.
Everyone from the office, technicians and Sales were very knowledgeable. No sales pressure and explained the different products available. The second day after installation we had a problem and within two hours of calling a technician came and fixed the problem.
The delivery man always knocks to let me know he is here, so he can put the bottles in my garage.
