We have well-water that smells bad and left stains in the bathtubs and sinks before we moved in. You guys came in, assessed the situation, and put together our "home water treatment plant". No more smelly water. No more stains.
You also put in a reverse-osmosis treatment for drinking water and, knock on wood, I have not had a kidney-stone for three years since.

When I needed help with my watersoftner after a prolonged power outage. I phoned culligan for help. The young lady that took my call was very knowledgeable and thought it might be able to be resolved with the help of a tech reaching out to me via the phone instead of a home service call. I really appreciated the common sense approach to saving the customer that service charge.
Infact the tech called the next day . He diagnosed the problem over the phone and was able to get me up and running in minutes he also was very knowledgeable and patient with me during the process of talking me through it.
Rare to get such good customer service now days.
