We've just recently had our Water Softener installed, so we're not able to answer that question yet. But as far as your service, we are completely satisfied with the work and professional work from our Tech Patrick.
The only thing is, I wish even though my wife and I are renting the system and we didn't purchase it, I wish we could get a user's Manu.

I like that the product works well and that I am reminded each year that I need a filter change. The same technician that comes out each year is also always very courteous and I always feel like he did a good job when he leaves.
Customer Service Tech or should I say our "Culligan Man" was Professional and efficient. He arrived on time. Jermaine was dedicated to trouble shooting our problem with a leak on Water Softener that we own. He did not have the part on his truck but made sure the warehouse had it and immediately scheduled for it to be installed by another tech (Dustin) a couple days later. He personally communicated with Dustin so he knew what needed to be accomplished on said visit. So far so good! Thank you
When I thought maybe my softener needed some attention you were very quick to get an appointment set up and then to resolve the issue with a new rental softener. ( I’d had the old rental fora very long time)

Very prompt and reliable service. We did have a major problem last September when the Culligan technician forgot to close a valve properly after servicing our water softener, causing serious flooding in our kitchen. Culligan's manager came out and inpected the problem and arranged for us to be compensated for the repairs to our wood floor. Much appreciated!
