Convenience. I have had a few medical issues and the driver delivering and installing salt saves my back issues.
I have rented a water softener, filtration system and delivered my salt from Rock Valley Culligan for over 10 years and in this time I have never had any issues with them. They deliver my salt every quarter and I always get a text as a reminder letting me know the date and time they will be here. All the staff that have been in my home have been professional, fast and polite. They are a very good company to work with.
We purchased a home in August with the Culligan system installed, and we have been very pleased. While we went from county water to a well with this new home, the water tastes better, my skin feels better, and my hair feels softer. When Mike came out to service our system, he explained the system to us very thoroughly.
I am so glad that we bought your system. It has made my housework easier. Laundry is brighter. I use less soup and cleaning products . This helps me save in the grocery store. I have been drinking more water too. Hopefully the filtered water keeps my body running better.

When you call Culligan of Las Vegas, you get a real live human being who speaks Standard Modern American English as his or her native language. Furthermore, the person knows the products and services and answers your questions accurately.
When Culligan calls you and makes an appointment to service your water softener, RO unit and filter, they arrive at the time stated and get to work right away, doing the job correctly.
Finally, if one has a problem paying the bill promptly and needs to wait a couple of days after the due date, the customer can call and speak to a person who makes a note that the customer will pay their bill a couple of days late.
I am happy with my Culligan service. The water is great and the price fits into my budget.
