This isn't with her control, but for what she did, I thought the service was too expensive. For the 20 years we've had this service, getting appointments on your awful website has been a chore. I would tell Illinois HQ that it's time.

My service technician from Winchester by the name of Warren was excellent. He diagnosed our problem of excessive use of salt and reset the controls on our Culligan units to regenrate from daily to monthly. He was very knowledgeable and efficient, completing the service call in a very reasonable time, especially considering that the system had not been serviced for at least two years ago when we purchased the residence.
The service people are helpful and professional. Always a pleasure when the come.
