Love having my water delivered on time the water is fresh. Great Customer Service. A provider with Reminders so that you can put out your empties. They are delivered with Kare onto my front porch and they have never missed a delivery. If there’s someone new delivering the water, they let us know in advance and it makes us easy to let them know how many bottles of water we were gonna need. The ladies in the office the front promptly and always are there to help us out with anything we need. I like the fact that we get someone in the USA and not outsource the customer service calls.

We called for a service and although it took some time to get a tech he was great. Our system was blocked and he restored it to functional quickly. The tech was polite, professional and listened to our needs and concerns.
The only thing that was a negative was our appointment was a months or so out from when I called. I also get that it was probably the busy season for people getting ready for winter. So I take responsibility for not calling sooner.

We have used Rock Valley Culligan for over thirty years. They are responsive to service calls when needed, which has been rare. Salt delivery is scheduled in advance and the delivery driver is great and personable.
