The worker was very pleasant and did a good job
very convenient and service techs have been very nice.
Despite an incredibly long wait from the time we called for an appointment, the actual work time was efficient and professional. A nice addition was that the service man was very personable. Water emptied, tank cleaned, soda added and balanced, filter changed, catch tank drained, top job!
I appreciate the service, but particularly the notifications and responses when I say I don't need any service on a particular day.

I have been with Rock Valley Culligan for a very long time using only, their drinking water and water softener!! I have discontinued the drinking water for no reason other than I just decided I didn't need that service!!

Your water is the best tasting we have ever had. Also over the years your drivers/delivery folks make our experience even better. I think you hire folks with great personalities and service skills and it shows. For years Bert was someone I looked forward to talking to monthly and I always said service with a smile. Nothing has changed when he retired. We appreciate the service, the quality of products.

The technician was knowledgeable and very friendly. There was a minor issue with the system (that had gone undetected by us) which he diagnosed and fixed on the spot. I highly recommend Culligan to anyone who desires to have one less thing to worry about in an already large or busy household.
Just had install so can’t comment until use for a little while, however customer service has been spot on. From office staff, scheduling, salesman and installers great prompt customers service lil glitches were addressed quickly. I was originally going to go with another company but from day one had everything answered and scheduled promptly with Culligan. This culligan has been great to work with courteous professional and accommodating. This is what had me choose them for my home system vs other company

I had a tank removed by one of your employees 2 days ago and noticed a stream of water winding thru my garage where the tank was removed.
Mr Mario arrived today and located and repaired the leak..I am so relieved as I don't need my water bill increasing..
