Staff and products are great
Administration has significantly improved over the last year. It is easier to schedule service appointments. I like having the same service technician each time. The service technician has been very professional, skilled, efficient, and pleasant. He defines the work done and helps plan for the next service call.

The repairman WILL, out of Dixon office, looked at situation and knew immediately what the problem was (previously delivery man looked at our softener to no result). Not only did Will immediately diagnose issue, he fixed it with a tool of his own device he carried with him (!) We were impressed not only with his competence but with his taking time to explain issue and what he'd done...answering all our questions.
