Culligan Water – Whole Home System + RO Installation
We recently had Culligan install a whole home water system along with a reverse osmosis drinking water filter, and overall we’re extremely happy with the experience and the results.
The initial technician who came out was newer, and we ran into a plumbing issue that he wasn’t able to resolve on the spot. However, his manager, Mike, came out shortly after and completely turned the situation around. Mike was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed the issue right away and fixed it quickly, getting our entire system up and running smoothly.
What really stood out was how much pride he took in the product and in making sure everything worked perfectly. You could genuinely tell he cared about the outcome and wanted us to have the best experience possible.
Our water quality is noticeably better already, and we appreciate the excellent customer service from Mike and the Culligan team. Highly recommend!

It's so nice to have my water softener salt delivered, carried down to my basement and put in the softener so I don't have to deal with it. Shawn always calls to let me know when he is on his way to my house which is also convenient.
