Delivery is always smoothly done. We are frequently not at home when delivered and we are on the 4th floor of a secure building. Service person has the procedure down. Any hiccups were on our part and he worked it out. Great job.

The customer service is so amazing from someone human that picks up the phone and how much the drivers go out of their way. Bryan who delivers to the SS slopes area which is already hard to do, is so responsive and goes out of his way to communicate. They are consistent and incredibly inexpensive.
