After I shared some concerns about a delivery issue, management reached out directly to discuss it. That small gesture mattered. It showed they were committed to providing reasonable service, and it was appreciated. I’ll continue using this service going forward. A simple smile doesn’t cost anything, but you rarely see one anymore.
