Sometimes, however, the office does not communicate to him what the order is, after I called in what I wanted, delivered, a couple of days prior?
We had a lot of trouble with the first unit they installed, they were very responsive in coming out to try and fix the first unit. Eventually the replaced the entire unit with a brand new one and we haven't had any issues with this unit.
I am very pleased with the products and services so far. I had a new installation of multiple products about two weeks ago. The products have worked as they were described when Kathleen, our sales person, came to our house.
