I was impressed with how nice the service man was. He even had a personality, how refreshing! He explained exactly what he did, even though it made no sense to me, haha.
The only improvement I could give would be the office staff needs to listen. The lady I spoke was again, super helpful and I appreciate that, but I gave her my phone number to call and advise about service times........they called my husband, who has absolutely ZERO idea how the house runs. I am confident that the service gentleman got that number changed for me when he got back to the office.
Easy scheduling and clean installation process! I just wish it was a little more affordable.
What a great visit!! My technician listened to my issues and helped me to add some things to my water to break up some sediment. He spent time breaking up bulked up salt and did a great job communicating

Very reliable and thorough service! We’ve had your water filtration system since moving here in 2020 and have had no issues. Chuck & George were very courteous, professional and thorough with our service. I appreciated the attention they even gave my cats when approached and were very nice with them. They were very friendly to talk with as service was being performed.
Everything, customer service representatives are delightful and informative. Delivery drivers go out of their way (they always call, as asked, to let me know they are on their way. Mind you, I could use a water check at this time as I am seeing some yellowing in water (iron)? I hope this message finds all well and keeping cool in this weather. This is in response to an earlier review I had done. Initially, I was getting water tank exchanges with a lot of problems. Roell, was very accommodating by swapping out my tank exchanges with a soft water system that uses salt. Since then, I haven’t had any problems and I’m very happy with the customer service. Roell has been fantastic!

I absolutely love that the young men that showed up here to do the job, were professional and went right to work and cleaned up after. Have had a culligan unit for over 25 years! Would recommend to everyone.

I've been using Culligan for over a year and the water has a very clean, crisp taste without any aftertaste in the plastic containers. The delivery driver is consistently punctual polite and friendly. He always places the containers precisely where I need them to be able to access them easily.

It's wonderful to have the salt delivered on a schedule. I don't have to think about it and they also take away the empty bags with them. I can't lift the heavy bags, much less then carry them to the basement!!
