Mike Jarvis did a great job as usual. The delivery person who came November 26th. When I got the reminder call for the 26th I told them I had the appt on Dec 5th and asked if this would be a replacement for Dec 5th and would theybe replacing the drinking water filter and was told yes. Thus was not the case. So I think there could be better communication from the office staff.

We have been getting water delivered from here for a long time now. Gary Porter has been our delivery guy and he’s the best. He always comes in with a positive attitude and a smile on his face. I’ve talked to him about getting water for my own house. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. This has been a great company to do business with. We are very happy.

Justin arrived within the time set and very professionally rendered service. He was a cheerful person! Advised me that I should periodically check the tank for salt, as it was depleted. I appreciated that advice and will do a monthly check in the future!
