I just have to sing the praises of our delivery guy. Andrew is so efficient and kind. He smiles all the time!!! He is like a ray of sunshine when he walks into our office.
We have been customers of Culligan for overly 40 years, and are very happy with the service. However times have changed and we now keep the gates to our yard locked, for security reasons.
A couple of times now, we missed our Culligan delivery due to "lock out".
The person used to ring the doorbell if the gate was locked, but that didn't happen the last couple of times.
I try to find out when the delivery is coming and remember to unlock the gate the night before or early that morning.
Suggestion:
I would love it if somehow Culligan could set up some sort of notification system via text, to notify us the day before, when the person is coming to avoid this happening, and the person being "locked out".
With today's technology, I think that should be possible....????

We were absolutely blown away by our visit from Mike Jarvis. Truly, we really loved him!
We had an installation 18 months ago and were a little unfamiliar with the service schedule. Mike really took the time to sit with us and explain the system, maintenance and his part in it.
Mike has such a pleasant personality that it was an absolute pleasure to be in his company. Beyond being extremely professional, we were so incredibly impressed with his demeanor and how he really took care of us.
