Everything the people are very nice. You can pay your bill 10 minutes after you get the product. The employee that comes in the house is very nice and thoughtful.

I rent my unit and find it so easy to have my salt delivered each month. I receive a call several days before to let me know when agent will be arriving.
A couple of years ago, my 20 yr old plus tank leaked and was replaced with no issues and in a timely manner.
