Great service
The man named Christopher who come for my yearly service and filter change on my RO and softener on 10-28-2026 was not the kindest. I explained that my RO system barely gives us a gallon of water at a time even tho I have a 3 gallon reservoir downstairs. He was short off with me saying it was fine. I was not impressed. My RO is not any different and the flow of water coming out is diminished now.
However the salt delivery driver Greg today was so kind and showed it. I explained that I was not happy with my maintenance this week. He encouraged me to reach out if I am concerned it is not working properly. I will be calling the office to discuss this and possibly have someone come check it for me to see what’s wrong.
Christopher installed our RO system, water softener and full house filters today and was wonderful. He was super knowledgeable, efficient and explained everything thoroughly at the end.

iI is a necessary thing that needs to be done when a person has well water. There is nothing I particularly like or dislike.

The process from start to finish was great. Robert Sabado, Sales, answered all my many questions, especially about the Osmosis system. Craig, your manager, and Aaron, his assistant, completed the installation of everything the day after a glitch. Also explained everything I needed to know about the in-house system.
I will highly recommend your company. I had Culligan system and services for 42 years in Minnetonka, Minnesota and never, ever a worry.
