The deal we got on a two-year supply of salt (16 bags), plus the delivery : carrying it down the basement steps to deposit it next to the processor tank. And the technician who installed it tested our water to determine the proper setting.
The water is clean and very easy to drink. The cooler/heater is compact and I don't have to lift the bottle and turn it over to install it in the machine. No spilling. The price is right and it gets delivered to my door.
Our tanks and circulating pump was changed last week. The circulating pump is very loud and coworkers are complaining of the loud noise. I called Culligan and they are ordering a new pump to replace the defective one.
