Jerry was excellent when he came out to our home to assess our water needs, was very thorough, just cut through the chase and told us what was needed. He took his time to explain to me the difference between a Culligan water softener and a “store” bought one. I really appreciated his honesty!
Installation was a breeze as well! The tech was on time and took his time to explain to me how the water softener worked he was very knowledgeable!

Tim and Ryan came by today as usual and swapped out all of my mother's bottles for new ones. I really appreciate the deliveries as its just so convenient for us.
In September the salt tank had 'E-1' flashing, and the serviceman did corrective work and all
is well since (a similar thing occured in early 2024). In November another salt delivery was
made but no bags dropped off due to no extra bags being needed,and I was advised to let the
tank brine/water content get to a very low level.I'm checking the level regularly-I'm not sure
what else to tell you. I see that the last test of the water filtration system at the kitchen sink was
in early 2025,so I guess the next inspection is coming due pretty soon! I guess that's about all.
I love the water for my ice machine and the fact that it gets delivered right to me. Olle Stolt is amazing! He is always there and always checks with me to see how many I need. I love my service with Olle!
Marvin was wonderful! He communicated when he was on his way, had shoe coverings upon my request and answered all my questions. Service was quick yet efficient. The water tastes great and I haven’t had any issues as of yet. Thank you!
