Culligan's immediately sent out a serviceman after we contacted them about a leak in our salt regenerator and tank. The situation was assessed. Unfortunately, we had to replace the system but it was done in a timely manner and the servicemen were knowledgeable and professional. The start up process of the salt system was explained and the housekeeping after installation was good.
