We recently had a water softener system installed by Tarl and Robert from Culligan at my grandparents’ house, and I truly could not be happier with the experience. The team was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right.
One of the things that meant the most to me was being able to keep the well water that has always been part of this home, while finally getting relief from the harsh water issues we’ve dealt with for so long. The difference has been incredible already.
I’m so thankful for the work they did and for how smoothly the whole process went. It feels good knowing this old family home is being taken care of properly. Highly recommend!

We have been customers for many years, service has always been excellent and the staff always very pleasant.
I like the flavor of the water. It is the only water I use in my K pod coffee maker. It is the only water my fur baby drinks. We have a well and it tested regularly to make sure it is safe . It always passes, but it does not taste like Culligan spring water. Bry the way, we have an awesome driver.

Everything went very well. Todd did a great job explaining everything when I asked for a consult and quote, he answered all my questions in a way I could easily understand. Everything went in a very timely manner. Eli, the installer, was right on time and did a great job. The job was a little tricky, a small mechanical room to fit everything, but he did it! Eli also did a great job explaining things and answering all my questions. He didn’t mind going slower so I could be sure I understood how it worked and what to do. The ladies at the office, who I spoke to, were very nice and helpful.
I actually called Culligan because a family member living nearby raved about the company, the local office, the installer, the service guys, the operation of the units, etc. And, I’m really glad I did.
Our dogs dont usually like strangers but Tomas is different. Hes not scared to come into our porch if theyre out. We always like to see fresh bottles of water when we come home from work.
I like the convenience of having the water softener filled with salts on a regular basis without my having to check if its empty. It's especially convenient for older people who can't lift heavy bags or carry them down stairs easily.
Tom is rad. Lets me know when hes coming. Switches bad bottles for good. We never miss a delivery since he took over the route. Solid guy.
We can always depend on Thomas to make sure we get our water delivered. He never forgets to call to let me know hes coming.
