The gentleman who delivered the salt was very polite and careful with our floors, as he carried the salt to the basement and put some of it into our tank. The lady who answered the phone was also very polite and helpful.
Service and delivery guys are very kind , respectful, and helpful.
The delivery service is ideal for seniors as the softener bags are emptied into the water softener by the delivery driver. No stairs to navigate, heavy bags to lift or empty bags to deal with. In addition, the driver is a credit to his employer...courteous, efficient and friendly.

Nicole was lovely and was very quick to respond and help! I appreciate that she was straightforward and efficient, I got everything I needed right away. Only reason why I'm giving a 9 is because I sent a note on the website regarding the delivery and no one got back to me prompting me to call customer service. All in all, Nicole was great but the online contact service on the website should be made better.
