The salt comes to us and is taken downstairs and put in the softener unit. . The serviceman takes care of everything and we always have soft water. It means a lot at our age. One less thing for us to worry about.

I like the products as we can trust for a high quality of water. The technician was great to make some corrections as our installation was not set properly from the commissioning even if the installation has been performed highly professional. The technician who came for the visit did a good job to have fixed several points. I will call you next year again for a decommissioning service as I will probably move to another area close to Calgary on next year on 2027.
