I have a long history with Culligan from a former residence in Virginia. I moved to Delaware about a year and a half ago and the water in my new area is VERY hard. One of the first upgrades to my new house was a Culligan water softener system. I chose Culligan because I'd had such good experience with them in the past.
My current experience has been just as good. They are friendly, responsive, and expert at handling my water system. I couldn't be happier.

I really like the water filter I like the quality, taste of the water. The convenience to call them when we need them & that they come to change the water filter once a year,
Every fall after we leave our house to travel to Florida we call Culligan of Salisbury to winterize our water system. We leave our garage door unlocked, they perform their service and lock the door before leaving. We trust Culligan and their technicians to complete this important service every year and they restore our water service when we return. We are very grateful.

I recently had my whole-house water filtration system and reverse osmosis installed by Culligan, and Simon and Mario were absolutely amazing. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were extremely efficient, very informative, and so considerate throughout the entire process.
I really appreciated how well they communicated—letting me know ahead of time whenever they needed to turn the water off and when it was going back on. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for my home truly stood out.
