Service tech J goes above and beyond keeping our system running. Can call or txt at all hours and he will resolve any issues. Our plant runs 24/7 and if the R/O system goes down the plant will shut down.
The products were clearly explained by the salesperson. The installation went well and the quality of the water is much better. The availability of support service by Culligan employees was an important selling point.
