I love my new RO system and UV light. I have well water and I couldn't tell you the last time my water tasted good. I have never drank a lot of water because of the taste and I have been dehydrated many times because of it. My doctor keeps telling me I have to drink more water and I keep telling her that I hate the taste. I told her even my dog doesn't like it so it must be bad and not just me. However, whenever we go to my daughter's house, my dog drinks her water no problem. My family finally convinced me to take the plunge and I so happy I did. We love our water and even our ice cubes are amazing. Having the consult was easy, Bill tested to see what my water chemistry was so he could make the best recommendation for treatment. There are a lot of options based on your specific water chemistry, number of people living in your home, your space, what you want out of the system, etc. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner and laid out the options for me. No pressure. I must admit I was more concerned about the taste of my water than anything so I decided to not order the softener. Thankfully, I have already realized that was a mistake! I have since placed my order for a softener. I requested that Dana do the installation. He did the RO install and he did a great job. He was polite, professional, and informative. Start to finish my experience has been first rate! I am proud to be a member of the Culligan family. Don't tell my daughter how excited I am - she will say "I told you so!" and there will be no living with her! So much for mother knows best! LOL!

product seems to do the job as well as cheaper ones, but the service is great! they deliver and carry into house to the water softner on a timely schedule for your use of salt.

I had an arsenic filter system that the backflow wash volume was too high and flooding my basement. I called Nate and he set me up with a service call the following day. Ben arrived and I explained to him what was happening when the regeneration occured and he understood what needed to be done. He lowered the volume just enough when the regen happened, it didn't spill out on to the basement floor. He took the time to do a full regen and his fix corrected my issue. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Ben!!!
Definitely excited about my new water filtration system from Culligan. The quality is outstanding as expected and the installers, Matt and Mike were professionals, friendly and you can sense that they enjoy and have the sense of pride and passion on what they do. Would definitely recommend Culligan.

We like the water and the delivery person.
The bottles on this delivery were muddy. Noticed in past deliveries that the bottles had some dirt on them but this is the first time they were muddy. Will have to wash them before bringing into house.
